Being a manufacturer allows us to control the quality of a product you, the customer will receive, and we are able influence lead times as well as offering a bespoke design service. We have the capability to manufacture almost any size of bag, sheeting or layflat tubing from a relatively small minimum order quantity, which we feel adds valve to us as a company as well as giving you the opportunity to have a bespoke packaging product that best suits your needs.

Our bespoke design service doesn’t just end with the size of packaging you require, we also have the manufacturing capability to print up to 8 colours on your chosen product (subject to size) by using our state of the art flexographic printers, which produce a photographic finish. We can help you design your company branding to best represent your business and your products, as well as making PDF printing proofs to give you an idea of how the print would work on your packaging. The benefits of having your packaging branded is massive; it speaks volumes about your company with regards to attention to detail as well as it being a relatively cheap way to advertise your company.

As well as being able to print you packaging, we can also manufacture a huge range of different style of bags beginning with wicketed bags, blockheaded bags, grip seal bags and mailing bags. All of these bags can be produced as plain or printed and we can also perforate the bags to reduce the risk of suffocation, which as required if the bags are being used in a house hold or can be used to prevent your product sweating.
