Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our office isn’t open over weekends or bank holidays and our telephones only operate during the hours advised above. If you are contacting us by email out of hours, there is a chance that you may get an answer outside the 9-5 office hours

There is a range of ways in which you can place an order. Firstly orders can be placed using our online e-commerce site. You have access to our massive range of products and you simply add them to your shopping cart then follow the checkout process.
If you are having trouble ordering online, you can phone us and place an order over the telephone at no extra cost

Of course you can place an order via the telephone. Our experienced sales team understand that it can be difficult to find the products you are looking for or sometimes you don’t have the time to look through a website. Simple give us a call and we will be willing to help you

Yes we do accept purchase orders. We understand that you may have requirements from your accounts department or you may need a vat invoice for payment by your purchasing department. If you email over the purchase order, we are able to raise the order and invoice for payment, which we will send back over to you. Once we have received clear funds into our bank account, we will then release the goods
There is no minimum order valve to purchase off our website. You can just buy 1 item or you can buy 100 items. However if the valve is under our free shipping valve, you will be charged carriage
We always aim to give you the most competitive price on the market. All our products have a discount setup for larger quantities which can be seen when you are viewing a product. Our website is set-up to charge you the cheapest price for the quantity you have selected. If you wish to find out if there is any further discounts on Trade/Reselling Cost on a specific product, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Yes we offer the facility to open a credit account with us. However we have certain criteria that you have to meet to be able to open a credit account, however we can provide details on request. Our accounts are also strictly 30 days end of month policy
Yes we are able to manufacture custom made packaging, however it is best to phone us and discuss your requirements to ensure we can do it. Most products on our website can be custom made and printed
If you forgot your password to your account, all you need to do is press the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the login page. Enter the email address you used to create the account with and our system will generate a random password that will be sent to you. Use this password to get into your account and they you can change it to a chosen password
All prices listed on the website include vat. Once you get to the shopping cart, it will show you the VAT breakdown

There are several ways in which you can pay for your order. You can pay by the following:
• All Major Credit/Debit Cards – simply enter the card details on checkout and the payment will be processed
• PayPal – simply enter your details to login to PayPal and the payment will be processed
• Cheque or Bacs – You will need to call us for our bank details, however please be aware that goods won’t be despatched until we have clear funds in the bank
• Cash on Collection – They must be collected in person and paid for when you get to the warehouse

For next working day delivery, our cut off time is 3pm. Next working day is Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays. If goods are shipped on Friday they will be delivered on Monday. If you order after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday, the goods will be despatched on Monday. We do have an option of a Saturday deliver if required
Yes you can collect your order from our warehouse. If you would like to collect your order, please notify us as soon as you order as we generally despatch goods as soon as we get the order
If the goods have been paid for in full and we have the goods in stock, they will be despatched the same working day as long as they are ordered before 3pm. If you place your order over the weekend then your order will be shipped on Monday excluding bank holidays. If we don’t have all the goods in stock, we will contact you to inform you
We always try to work with our customers and if they are desperate for a product we will aim to ship it out for them. However in some circumstances this isn’t possible
Yes all goods must be signed for on delivery, unless something has been arrange with the sales team
Yes we can ship the goods to any address you like. When you ‘checking out’ please input the delivery address you would like the goods to go in the ‘delivery address’ section of the check out

In the event of wanting to return a product, the returns policy is as follows:
1. If an order is incorrect, customers have the right to return the goods within 7 working days after the delivery date
2. Customers can return products, however the transport is at their own cost in unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Duty of care lies with the customer until mailingbag.com receive the goods
3. If we have delivered the wrong products, the products shall be returned to us within days at our cost and then we will despatch the correct products
4. If any products are faulty, they must be returned to us within 7 days. At our own discretion, we shall replace or repair the products free of charge and redeliver them to you. We will alternatively provide a credit for the price you paid for the goods
5. If we choose to refund you rather than replace or repair the faulty goods, or we are unable to replace the faulty product, the products must be returned to us at our cost and then become our property
6. Good must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer a full refund on partial returned quantities

Yes if you require a sample just contact our sales team and they will be more then will to provide you with a sample you require. We get a lot of customers asking for samples, therefore they might be a slight delay getting it sent out to you
If you require a large amount of samples, then this may incur a small fee

If you can’t find the product you need on our website, then don’t hesitate to contact our sales team. They have been with the busy a long time, therefore know our stock products and will be able to advise whether we have it. If it is something we don’t stock, we will take an enquiry and price you to manufacture the product
