When you order with mailingbag.com, your order is processed within the office to ensure all the information is received and we have sufficient stock to fulfil your order. We then send a packing list into our warehouse, where we collate your order and book the goods either onto our parcel or pallet courier. When the goods have been palletised, we use stretch wrap to hold the goods together as well as binding the goods to the pallet using pallet strapping. We fully label each parcel or pallet to ensure there is no confusion or delay during transportation
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery to Mainland UK, and order placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday
Orders over the value of £250 excluding VAT are delivered Free of Charge, whereas if you order is under this amount, please see our delivery charges
